Andy Awford was made permanent Pompey manager in May 2014, after a successful period in a caretaker capacity.
The former Fratton defender took over from Richie Barker on March 27 and won five out of his six games in charge to steer the Blues to League Two safety.
Awford couldn’t replicate that success the following campaign, however, and was sacked less than a year into the job with Pompey 14th in the table.
In total, he made 20 signings in the PO4 hot seat. We've taken a look at where they all are today...

13. Matt Fish

14. Lee Holmes
The former England under-19 international scored twice in five games on loan from Preston. He then spent five-and-a-half years at Exeter, but featured just once in 2019-20 and was released at the end of June. Photo: Joe Pepler

15. Matt Tubbs
The forward proved a decent bit of business from Awford, scoring 14 goals in 40 games in total. Tubbs subsequently represented the likes of Eastleigh, Sutton, Hawks and Gosport where he was player-manager for a period. Photo: Joe Pepler

16. Paul McCallum
The striker failed to score in seven games while in loan from West Ham. McCallum has proved himself as one of the most prolific strikers in non-league, though, scoring goals at Eastleigh, Solihull and most recently Barnet. Photo: Joe Pepler
