We’ve scoured the market for some of the most promising talent in Premier League academies, on the fringes of Championship squads or impressing in the third and fourth tiers of the English game.
5. Arthur Okonkwo
Okonkwo has picked up a good amount of playing time on loan with Crewe in League Two, with the 6ft 6in man clocking up 26 appearances and 10 clean sheets. Photo: Pete Norton
6. Harry Lewis
The 25-year-old has picked up plenty of praise for his form this season in a strong campaign to date from Bradford, his 75 per cent reflex save ratio the highest in League Two. Photo: George Wood
7. Craig MacGillivray
Pompey fans would love to see CMac back at Fratton, a hugely popular figure in his time at the club and would be a more than dependable option. Out of favour at Charlton right now, too. Photo: Robin Jones
8. Sol Brynn
Another impressive League Two performer with his 86 saves a division high. The Middlesbrough loanee is catching eyes from the top two tiers this season. Photo: George Wood
