This week alone, three names have been tipped with a switch to Fratton Park as speculation continues to increase ahead of the summer.
The Blues are expected to be busy in the market, with 9-10 new faces set to arrive through the doors at PO4.
That will be part of John Mousinho’s squad overhaul as he looks to build his promotion-contending side.
With so many names already reportedly on Pompey’s radar, we’ve taken a look at every name who has been linked with a switch ahead of the window, which opens next week, and their current situations.
13. Aaron Nemane
The Notts County winger was tipped with a move to Fratton Park following their promotion to League Two. Despite The Mirror claiming Pompey joined Cardiff in the hunt for the 25-year-old, it has since emerged he isn’t under consideration for swoop. He is out of contract at the end of the month and is yet to sign fresh terms. Photo: Laurence Griffiths
14. Sam Smith
The soon to be free agent was linked with a switch to the Blues following the conclusion of the season. Mousinho is a fan of the 14-goal front man but Pompey have since cooled their interest with Colby Bishop the first-choice striker. Photo: Pete Norton
