Do you agree with how Blues writer Jordan Cross saw it at St James Park?

Clearly returned with a point to prove after leaving Exeter in the summer - and largely did the job. Unlucky not score early on, made some excellent blocks and produced the delivery we’ve come to expect of left-back. Photo: Jason Brown

Dictated Pompey’s best play, always looking for the ball and commanded more out of the Blues players around him being more negative in their play. Photo: Jason Brown

Couldn’t get firing and lucky not to be punished after being turned over in possession deep in Pompey territory in the first half. Not happening for him at the moment, but too much class not to soon be running games again. Photo: Jason Brown

Real mixed bag from the winger. Full of purpose, quality and work ethic but couldn’t make more of space and openings which came his way Photo: Jason Brown
