'Simply brilliant... revelling in having a strike partner' - Neil Allen's Portsmouth ratings following 3-1 win at Sunderland

Neil Allen has delivered his match ratings following Pompey’s 3-1 win against Sunderland at the Stadium of Light.

As expected, there’s plenty of seven and eights, and a nine, as the Blues recorded their first win at Sunderland since 2008.

A double from John Marquis in either half, following Marcus Harness’ opener, settled the game for the visitors, who now sit fifth in the table.
