Four wins in a row have cemented Pompey’s spot in the play-off places with eight games left to play.
Interestingly, if the league table was decided on away form alone, the Fratton Park outfit would still be there or thereabouts in terms of their promotion hopes.
The same cannot be said of their home form, which has been disappointingly poor at times this season.
Pompey have won just eight of their 20 home fixtures to date, drawing five and losing seven.
That's the 14th-best record in the division, but how does it compare to their home record over the past decade?
Bankrate.com have run the number on every League One side to see who has built up the strongest home fortress over the past 10 years.
