Injuries have decimated Pompey’s squad this season, with a number of key players missing various points of the campaign to date.
After fresh blows to Aji Alese and Conor Chaplin, the Blues suffered two further set-backs in Saturday’s defeat to Sheffield United.
That takes the tally of injured players up to 14 for Pompey, who make the trip to the capital on Tuesday looking to extend the gap to the relegation zone.
We’ve put together what we think could be the Blues strongest XI IF every player was currently available to Mousinho.
Do you agree with this starting XI & bench?

9. RW: Millenic Alli
The Luton loanee has added much-needed creativity and flair to the Blues' attack in Josh Murphy's absence. The winger can operate on the right and should Murphy return from injury, then Alli would likely move to the opposite wing. | Graham Hunt/ProSportsImages

10. CAM: Conor Chaplin
It's been a frustrating campaign back with his boyhood club for the Ipswich loanee, which has seen him net just one goal and provide two assists. However, performances have significantly improved over the past month prior to his groin issue. Injury is currently keeping him out, but would go straight into the starting XI when fit. | Graham Hunt/ProSportsImages

11. LW: Josh Murphy
Murphy has been limited to just 14 league outings for the Blues this term due to three separate injuries. His latest has kept him sidelined since mid-December and is still six weeks away from a return, according to Mousinho. When fit, he is arguably one of Pompey's most influential attacking outputs and would go straight into the side. | Graham Hunt/ProSportsImages

12. ST: Colby Bishop
The Magic Man has netted just two goals in all competitions for Pompey this term, with his last in the league coming in August. Mousinho still stands by his main number nine, who has featured 28 times to date. | Graham Hunt/ProSportsImages
