Portsmouth v Shrewsbury: stream details, kick-off time, coverage and all you need to know

Pompey start their League One season against Shrewsbury tomorrow.

And, unfortunately, the Blues won’t have the backing of the Fratton faithful for their curtain-raiser against Sam Ricketts' side.

Fans are still not permitted into stadia amid the Covid-19 outbreak.

Earlier this summer, Prime Minister Borish Johnson announced supporters could return to football grounds in England from October.

However, he said earlier this week that decision will be reviewed, with gatherings of more than six people illegal from Monday.

While there will be disappointment among supporters that they can't be at Fratton Park, they're can still watch the game.

Here are all the details...

What channel is the match on?

The game isn’t being shown on TV, but fans can watch on Pompey’s iFollow stream.

How much does it cost?

A match-day pass costs £10. All games at Fratton Park are covered by four cameras, while commentary is provided by BBC Radio Solent's Andy Moon and ex-Blues favourite Guy Whittingham.

What device can the match be watched on?

Streams can be viewed on either a laptop, tablet or phone.

What time is kick-off?

The clash kicks-off at 3pm.

Will any more games be streamed on iFollow?

Matches that kick-off between 2.45pm and 5.15pm on Saturdays are usually banned from being broadcast in the UK.

However, while fans aren’t permitted into stadia, the blackout rule remains lifted.

All midweek games in the UK in the EFL are able to be streamed on iFollow regardless.
