The Blues made five signings during that trading period – but are yet to complete a deal with the shutters opening for business on June 10.
But who could they reignite their interest in this pre-season, as Danny Cowley builds for a promotion push?
We’ve looked back on the names and positions they were touted in moving for four months ago to see who fits the bill.

5. Liam Cullen (ST) - Swansea City
Swansea striker Cullen was on Pompey's list of potential targets this winter, but wasn't a priority. Pompey are searching for a mobile forward which matches the Swans front man, but again the club have been linked with a number of names already - which could see them fail to reignite their interest. 6. George Thomas (Attacking Midfield) - QPR
After a bit-part role during the first half of the season, Pompey were interested in his services in January, according to repots. Since then he has emerged back into the first team at QPR, but could be an option if Cowley looks to re-invent his forward line next term. Picture: Jacques Feeney/Getty Images Photo: Jacques Feeney

7. Cameron Archer (ST) - Aston Villa
A more unrealistic inclusion to the list, but if Pompey could bring Archer to the club it would undoubtedly be a coup. The 20-year-old scored seven goals in 20 appearances on loan with Preston last season. Picture: James Chance/Getty Images Photo: James Chance

8. Lewis Wing (Winger) - Middlesbrough
Pompey pushed hard to bring Wing to Fratton Park, but a deal collapsed due to the complicities of the transfer. However, tempers flared across the Fratton faithful when Wycombe were able to sign him hours later. His future is likely to be decided after today's play-off final with his contract expiring.
