The Blues make the trip along the south coast to Devon, which is set to be a sell-out at Home Park.
John Mousinho’s outfit go in to the game with a new lease of life under the new head coach, having won two, lost one and drawn one following his appointment.
Indeed, the 36-year-old could have both Joe Raffery and Zak Swanson at his disposal against the Pilgrims with the pair facing late fitness calls before the trip.
Meanwhile, Tom Lowery, Ronan Curtis, Clark Robertson and Jay Mingi are all closing in on returns but aren’t expected to feature in Devon.
With the Blues looking to make a late charge to the play-offs, a win against Steven Schumacher’s second-placed side wouldn’t go a miss.
Here’s who we believe Mousinho’s men could line-up on Saturday.

5. LB: Connor Ogilvie
Mousinho has given the left-back more freedom to push further up the pitch since his appointment. Ogilvie consistently impresses on the left flank and will be a name that is on the starting sheet against the Pilgrims. Photo: Jason Brown

6. CM: Marlon Pack
The 31-year-old has thrived since Mousinho’s appointment, putting in strong performances playing in front of the centre-backs. He controlled the play against Barnsley with a number of balls forward successfully opening up the Tykes. Photo: Jason Brown

7. CM: Joe Morrell
Since the Welshman’s return from the World Cup, he’s been one the standout players in the squad, with countless man-of-the-match performances. And his displays have only improved under the new head coach, with his new number eight role giving him more freedom in the centre of the park. Photo: Jason Brown

8. CM: Ryan Tunnicliffe
Tunnicliffe was tipped for a departure in January under Danny Cowley, but that has turned on its head with the midfielder being given a new lease of life with Mousinho. The midfielder has started every game under the new boss and has impressed in the new formation. Photo: Jason Brown
