Portsmouth, Leicester City and Coventry City stars land Championship team of the week spots

Portsmouth’s potentially crucial home win against Blackburn Rovers brought a wave of relief and delight from every corner of Fratton Park as John Mousinho’s men secured a timely boost in their bid to avoid relegation.

After falling behind to a first-half goal from Yuki Ohashi, fears over being plunged deeper into trouble were raised and the nerves had well and truly settled in at Pompey’s famous old home. But a spirited second-half display coupled with goals from Callum Lang and Ibane Bowat ensured Mousinho’s side claimed a first win in four games and moved out of the Championship relegation zone.

Several Portsmouth players impressed during the game and that has meant Pompey are represented in a Championship team of the week compiled by the stats experts at WhoScored. But who else made the cut?
