Rocco Shein leaves Norway to complete landmark arrival as Portsmouth beat Cardiff City and Millwall to Estonia international’s capture
The landmark Pompey deal is in place as the Estonia international leaves Fredrikstad FK to begin his Fratton Championship adventure.
Rocco Shein has jetted out of Norway to seal his eye-catching move to Pompey.
The Blues are set to seal the multi-million pound capture of the Estonia international, as they set out of their transfer intent this summer.

Shein flew out of Oslo last night, with everything now in place to see the 22-year-old’s move to Fratton Park completed.
Negotiations have been continuing between Fredrikstad FK and Pompey, with a fee and personal terms already in place.
The details of the move were being ironed out over the weekend with the focus on the size of Shein’s sell-on clause, according to reports in Norway.
Common ground now appears to have been reached on that front, with the midfielder watching his team’s friendly defeat against Valerenga on Saturday before leaving the country yesterday evening.
Pompey are themselves overseas after flying to Ireland, where they will spend this week stepping up their Championship preparations at their pre-season training camp.
John Mousinho is expecting some new additions to link up with the senior camp there, as they step up their transfer spending this summer.
Shein would require international clearance and a work permit to be issued to get his Fratton career up and running. The deal would represent the most Pompey have paid for a player since the club’s Premier League days.
Pompey are close to landing another huge summer piece of business with an agreement in place for UD Almeria striker Marko Milovanović - for a reported whopping €6m.
That would be the most the Blues have shelled out since Younes Kaboul arrived at PO4 for £6m, in the summer of 2008.
Pompey also have a £34,000 agreement in place to sign Dundalk winger Eoin Kenny, with the announcement of his arrival expected imminently.
Abu Kamara remains of interest, with talks taking place with Hull City over a return to Fratton Park for the League One title winner.
Midfielders Mate Tuboly and Jesper Ceesay are other names being touted to join Pompey this summer, along with Swansea City right-back Josh Key.
