Portsmouth and West Ham-linked winger training with Championship rivals after Premier League blow
Pompey were linked with a move for Solly March in the summer, although any speculation was wide of the mark.
Solly March is training with an unnamed Championship club as he continues his search for a new home.
And the 32-year-old, who was linked with Pompey in the summer, is adamant he has the potential to still play in the Premier League after his recent Brighton exit.
The winger remains without a club after being released by the Seagulls at the end of last season bringing an end to a 13-year stay at the Amex Stadium.

March enjoyed a brilliant career after rising through the ranks with the East Sussex outfit, netting 26 goals and collecting 31 assists in 300 outings.
But respective knee injuries heavily restricted the former England youth internationals during the latter stages of his Amex Stadium stint and featured just 19 times in the Premier League in the final three years.
After Fabian Hurzeler’s side opted against handing the attacker fresh terms in May, he was subsequently linked with a host of Championship clubs in the summer - including Pompey, West Ham and Southampton.
However, The News quickly rubbished any speculation of a Fratton Park switch with March someone not on the radar of the Blues’ football operations.
But as he continues his search for a new home, the 32-year-old has turned to another Championship club in a bid to maintain fitness after a move to a Premier League outfit collapsed - despite passing a medical.
Although the second-tier outfit where he’s being put through his paces remains unnamed, March is adamant his fitness is in a good position and is hopeful of one day returning to the Premier League.
Pompey-linked winger training with Championship rival

Speaking to The Sun: ‘Clubs trusting my body and trusting that I can produce week in and week out with training and playing, that’s been the one challenge with most of the people I spoke to.
‘They’ve all said the same thing, that it’s not a question of quality, it’s just a question of your body and how much you can take.
‘I think I’m in a good position, I really am. My knee is happy and strong, there’s no swelling. I can do all the things that I need to do and very well.
‘I had a medical at a Premier League club and it was all good but for various reasons nothing happened from it.
‘But the medical was all good. To see that was a positive for me, that my body is passing these things.
‘I still believe I can play in the Premier League, I really do. I had a conversation with a player at Brighton a few weeks and was asking him about a manager from a club abroad that was interested because he’s from that country.
‘He said to me on the phone, ‘Solly, you could still play for us, you really could. I’m surprised you’re still not here.’
‘It’s a good thing but it’s also a bit frustrating at the same time.
‘I’m open to stuff abroad, for sure. I just need to play for a few months and show people I am fit and can still play. Hopefully that option will come soon.’
