The summer window is heating up, with 13 names so far touted with a move to Fratton Park.
It’s expected to be busy on the south coast as John Mousinho looks to bolster his ranks for the Blues’ third-successive Championship campaign.
We’ve taken a look at all 13 players who have been linked with a switch to Pompey this summer and given that rumour an individual rating.

5. Luke Graham - Dundee
The in-demand centre-back has interest in England, Scotland and abroad, with Dundee set to face a strong battle to keep the 22-year-old, who has one-year left on his deal. The Blues did have bids starting at £1.5m rejected in January for the defender but a reportedly looking to reignite their pursuit. Transfer guru Alan Nixon claimed Mousinho's men are 'pushing' to hold talks with Graham in the coming week in a bid to lure him to the south coast. Rumour rated: 5/5 | Focus Images

6. Bamba Dieng - Free agent
A striker is on Pompey’s shopping list this summer as Mousinho looks to bolster his arsenal in the Championship. Although Football Insider initially suggested Dieng was on the Blues’ radar in April, it is understood the 26-year-old, who departed Lorient at the end of the season, is not someone of interest to the Blues. 7. Leon King - Free agent
Pompey are reportedly ‘monitoring’ the defender, who departed Rangers earlier this summer, along with a host of Championship rivals. The 22-year-old has impressed with Scottish Championship side Ayr United this term and is expected to attract plenty of interest south of the border. The report does make sense, with the Blues previously looking at the Scottish market given their January pursuit of Graham. Should Mousinho’s men fail to land the Dundee man, King could be a strong alternative. Rumour rated: 3/5. | Getty Images

8. Ibrahim Buhari - Elfsborg
Reports in Sweden suggested earlier this month that Pompey were set to battle Championship new-boys Cardiff City and Lincoln City for the centre-back’s signature this summer. Buhari is entering the final six months of his current Elfsborg terms and is expected to depart at the end of Sweden’s 2026 campaign. However a move to Fratton Park is not on the cards during the window. Rumour rated: 1/5. | AFP via Getty Images
