It’s expected to be a busy summer at Fratton Park as Pompey look to bolster their ranks ahead of next term.
As supporters continue to ponder who will arrive at PO4 this summer, some of those names touted with a move have already been promptly shot down, while others have a bit more credence.

2. Tommi O'Reilly - Aston Villa
Pompey were reportedly eyeing the versatile Aston Villa man after an outstanding campaign on loan with Crewe Alexandra, which saw him net seven goals and collect 12 assists in League Two. Oxford United and Huddersfield Town were also said to be interested in the forward, who is valued at £1m by the Premier League side. 3. Aribim Pepple - Plymouth Argyle
The News understands Pepple is someone on the Blues’ transfer radar after national reports first linked Pompey with the in-form Plymouth Argyle frontman. Although the Canadian is someone Pompey are tracking, they do have an extensive list of attacking names as they scour the market for a new number nine. Rumour rated: 4/5. | Getty Images
4. Jayden Braaf - Free agent
Renowned transfer guru Fabrizio Romano suggested the winger had interest from Fratton Park, along with Spanish side Cadiz and Dutch outfit Ado Den Haag. The 23-year-old, who has been without a club since September 2025, is not on Pompey’s shopping list this summer. Rumour rated: 1/5. | Getty Images
