Cullen on increases: ‘Increasing costs for business, investment in first team and economic pressures’

Season tickets are increasing up to £32 for the 2026-27 campaign, with those in the central sections of the North Stand and South Stand hit hardest.

Adult renewals and those buying there on the waiting list will pay £550 and £565 respectively next term, up from £518 and £533 this season.

Across the rest of the ground the rise for adult renewals is £30, going from £496 to £526 with those adults on the club’s waiting list paying £541 up from £511.

Existing season ticket holders have from 10am on Wednesday, May 13 until 4pm on Wednesday, June 3 to renew with any unsold tickets then released to those on the club’s waiting list - with windows for those on the list to be confirmed. Any season tickets remaining after those windows will go on general sale on Friday, July 3.

Season tickets will be capped at 15,000, to allow an allocation to be sold on a game-by-game basis and away fans.

Cullen thanked supporters for their backing this season, as he explained why prices will again go up for the new campaign.

He said: ‘An excellent run of form towards the end of last season means we are all very much looking forward to a third consecutive Championship campaign.

‘John, his staff and the players very much deserve credit for that, but they were undoubtedly helped by sell-out crowds at Fratton Park – and the unrivalled atmosphere that generated.

‘When setting the 2026-27 season ticket prices, we very much sought to deliver a balance between increasing costs for the business, continued investment in the first team and the economic pressures felt by all households.

‘We are committed to ensuring the club continues to establish itself in the Championship and to progress further – next season and beyond.

‘We hope that as many season ticket holders as possible will renew their seat for what promises to be another exciting Championship campaign and I would like to wish you all a great summer. Play up Pompey!’
