Pompey will be looking to pick up their first Championship victory in more than a month as they welcome Watford to Fratton Park this evening.
The Blues have suffered back-to-back defeats in the league for the first time this season and return to home soil following Saturday’s trip to Ipswich Town.
John Mousinho is facing a number of huge calls, with injuries becoming a real concern early in the season.
Here’s how we predict Pompey to line-up against the Hornets this evening.

5. CB: Regan Poole
Poole has been one of or if not the player of the season so far and has been formidable in the backline. Alongside Knight, though, he did look a bit shaky against Ipswich having been moved to the left-hand side of the backline. Photo: Graham Hunt
6. LB: Connor Ogilvie
Ogilvie has missed that attacking spark on the left in Josh Murphy’s absence but remains ever-reliant at left-back. | Jez Tighe/ProSportsImages

7. CM: Marlon Pack
Following his introduction on the hour-mark at Portman Road, Pack looked calm and comfortable in the heart of midfield and was easily Pompey’s best player in the second half. He did net a late consolation for the Blues and the skipper could be in Mousinho’s mind for a first start of the season. | National World

8. CM: Andre Dozzell
Dozzell was walking a tightrope most of the afternoon against Ipswich after being booked within the first 10 minutes. The midfielder has started every game for the Blues in the Championship this term and will be looking to continue that today. | Stephen Flynn
