But we’d be liars if we said that our Pompey matchday experience was a blissful experience.
Yes the grand, old girl is a special place, but there are those bugbears we’ve picked up over the years, too.
Sometimes that relates to the Fratton environment and maybe sometimes it relates to the people we share it with.
So we asked you about the things we see and hear at PO4 which get our goat - and literally hundreds of you bombarded us with your responses.
We’ve put together a list of some of the most frequent and similar responses, and let you describe them in your own words.

6. Beating the traffic
People who leave just before the final whistle, trying to beat the traffic. Especially when it's the row in front of me, I've had my view blocked for so many late goals over the years. It's always the same offenders - you know who you are... @pnewman8 People leaving before 87 minutes to ‘beat the traffi Russell James | Brian Sessions

7. A lack of leg room
Some guy that sits behind me and leans all the way back on his chair so I got no leg room @hurgotler Guy in front of me leaning back on his chair every two minutes, I normally push my knees right into him to stop him leaning back, once he even gave me a look gladly though he moved his seat - couldn’t be happier as my partner took it. @EastneyJosh | The News
8. PA pain
The most annoying thing in North Stand is the PA system still doesn’t work properly. @Tom_Overton The so-called DJ at halftime playing his “banging choons” right up until the second half is actually underway @iburrell For me it's "goaaallll for Pommmppeeyyyyy" never comes through the Tannoy nicely @Johncenapfc PA System in The North Stand and the LOUSY WiFi!!
