5. Ibane Bowat - 5
A huge let off before the break after the ex-Fulham man was dispossessed cheaply, with Schmid doing well to deny Widell. The central defender was very sloppy in possession but on occasions was bright as he looked to advance out the backline to create some openings for Pompey going forward. | Dan Minto/ProSportsImages
6. Zak Swanson - 7
(Replaced by Jordan Williams) Swanson is really growing into this new role at left-back. Another formidable display on the left side of defence. Combined brilliantly with Murphy when going forward, while also being a tough opposition when defending. Was forced off early in the second half due to a potential injury. | Dan Minto/ProSportsImages
7. Marlon Pack - 6
Played a hugely important role in Pompey’s play and was a central link between the defence and attack. Calm and composed in the engine room and was always looking for any ways to open up the Swansea defences. | Dennis Goodwin/ProSportsImages
8. John Swift - 5
(Booked) Came alive after the break after a really slow start in South Wales. Could see what he was trying to do but sloppy at times on the ball. | ProSportImages
