It’s expected to be a busy summer at Fratton Park as Pompey look to progress in the Championship next term.
John Mousinho is anticipating plenty of business in the upcoming window, which gets underway on June 15.
The Blues have plenty of business to do in the meantime, though, with six players currently out of contract at Fratton Park at the end of the campaign.
We’ve scoured through the list and identified 13 potential options the Blues must consider this summer.

9. Josh Maja - West Brom
Maja was hot property during his time at Sunderland, where he impressed after rising through the ranks at the Stadium of Light. Despite frustrations in front of goal this term, the striker did net 14 goals at the Hawthorns last season. | Getty Images

10. Dael Fry - Middlesbrough
The central defender has been key to Middlesbrough’s success in the Championship this term, but is out of contract this summer. The 28-year-old’s future remains uncertain and has been tipped with a move elsewhere in the second-tier in the upcoming window. | Getty Images

11. Casper de Norre - Millwall
The 29-year-old operates as a holding midfielder for Millwall and has been a key figure in Alex Neil’s side this term. During his three-year stay at The Den, de Norre has amassed 112 appearances. | Getty Images

12. Conor Chaplin - Ipswich Town
Chaplin has, of course, spent the current campaign on loan at Fratton Park, where he’s netted two goals and provided three assists. The 29-year-old is set to return to Portman Road but is in the dark over his future, with the Tractor Boys also holding a 12-month option on his deal. Whether that clause gets triggered or not could be based on what league Ipswich are in next term. | Getty Images
