What a campaign it’s been for Pompey.
John Mousinho’s men completed their Championship survival mission with two games to spare - an incredible feat given they won just one of their first 15 games this term.
The News were there every step of the way - now Pompey writer Jordan Cross give his player ratings for the campaign as he reviews the performances of every member of John Mousinho’s squad.
There’s been a number of excellent performers across the season - and, well, some players who didn’t do so well.

25. Harvey Blair - 5
Looked out of his depth in the majority of his appearances, where Liverpool signing failed to produce the levels of graft demanded by John Mousinho. Showed promise off the bench at Millwall and then on a goalscoring start against Sheffield Wednesday, as winger showed what he can do. 26. Josh Murphy - 9
Wow, wow, wow. Not just Pompey's best player but a standout performer at Championship level. Scandalous the arrival from Oxford was overlooked for the division's team of the season, after 21 goal contributions comprising seven goals and 14 assists. 27. Callum Lang 8
One of the stars of the campaign and was on course to rival Josh Murphy in the player of the season running, before injury at Oxford put brakes on his progress. 28. Christian Saydee - 6
Always around the first team and remains a useful asset to send on from the bench, underlined by the fact Saydee made 31 appearances this term. Could be a player who falls by the wayside as Pompey seek Championship progress, but will be missed if he goes. Photo: Jason Brown
