Preparations are already underway behind the scenes at Fratton Park with Pompey expected to be busy in the upcoming transfer window.

The Blues, of course, secured an 18th-placed finish in the Championship last term after completing their quest for survival with two games to go.

John Mousinho’s men were backed by incredible numbers throughout the season, with the Fratton faithful travelling the length and breadth of the county in support of their side.

While planning is now taking place on the transfer front at PO4, supporters will already be undertaking some preparations of their own as they begin to pencil in potential away days for another campaign.

Nineteen teams have already booked their spot in next season’s second tier, with the play-offs well underway to determine who joins Ipswich Town and Coventry City in the Premier League and who comes down with Wolves and Burnley from the top flight.
