36 cracking images as 1,785 Portsmouth fans drown out Preston North End faithful despite loss at Deepdale

A total of 1,785 Pompey fans made the journey to Preston North End on Saturday for one of the Blues’ longest away trips of the season.

Unfortunately, though, that fantastic Fratton following didn’t see a Pompey goal as John Mousinho’s side did everything but score at Deepdale on a frustrating afternoon that ended in a 1-0 defeat.

That will make for a long journey home to the south coast. However, let us see if we can lighten your mood a bit.

No Blues goal was spotted at North End - but see if you can spot yourself in out fan gallery courtesy of our photographer today Alun Roberts.
