The Blues returned to winning ways last-time out, with a 3-1 triumph over 17th-placed Stoke City to round off their away travels in style.
Adrian Segecic netted a brilliant hat-trick at the Bet365 Stadium to take his season total into double figures, while there were much-needed run outs for the likes of Luke Le Roux, Harvey Blair, Hayden Matthews and more.
John Mousinho will be without Josef Bursik for the visit of Chris Davies’ side this weekend, while the fitness of Gustavo Caballero will be centre of discussion in Wednesday’s press conference.
We’ve taken a look at the early team and injury news from both camps ahead of this Saturday’s final-day showdown.

5. Terry Devlin - Out
Devlin has enjoyed a brilliant campaign at Fratton park and claimed a clean sweep of awards at the Blues' end-of-season dinner earlier this month. The right-back is, though, expected to sit out the season finale due to a hamstring issue sustained against Leicester City. | Ian Lyall/ProSportsImages

6. Aji Alese - Out
Alese featured just the once for Pompey in a hugely-disappointing loan stint from Sunderland. The centre-back sustained a quad injury on debut in February and is yet to return. | Graham Hunt/ProSportsImages

7. Kyogo Furuhashi - Out
The winger underwent successful shoulder surgery at the start of the month after a long-standing issue. The set back has kept him out of the past six matches and will remain out for Saturday's season finale. | Getty Images

8. Gustavo Caballero - Doubt
It remains to be seen whether the Fratton faithful have seen the last of Caballero after he suffered a calf issue against Middlesbrough a fortnight ago. There was initial hope the winger could've featured before the end of the season, before admitted before Stoke that he wouldn't risk any of his injured players at the Bet365 Stadium. | Simon Roe
