Ex-Crystal Palace youngster finally handed Portsmouth involvement as Blues make four changes at Derby
The Blues have made four changes to the side which won 2-1 against Blackburn
John Mousinho has opted to alter a winning team with four changes to the starting XI for the visit to Derby.
In addition, Franco Umeh is finally included in a Pompey squad for the first team after recovering from his long-term hamstring injury.

However, club captain Marlon Pack must settle for a place on the bench following his return from a one-match suspension.
Fresh from their 2-1 victory over Blackburn, Pompey have recalled Colby Bishop, Jordan Williams, Mark Kosznovszky and Regan Poole to the side.
John Swift and Minhyeok Yang drop to the bench, while Zak Swanson and Rovers matchwinner Ibane Bowat aren’t included in the 20-man squad.
With Pack also added to the bench after serving his ban, Josh Murphy continues as skipper, having worn the armband against Blackburn.
Meanwhile, former Palace winger Umeh is named on the bench, having been ruled out through injury since his deadline day arrival in September.
Academy defender Ashton Sizer drops out, while Florian Bianchini, who has been troubled by a knee issue, again misses out.
Pompey: Schmid, Devlin, Matthews, Poole, Williams, Kosznovszky, Dozzell, Lang, Chaplin, Murphy, Bishop.
Subs: Bursik, Pack, Le Roux, Swift, Blair, Segecic, Yang, Kirk, Umeh.
