Latest Portsmouth signing handed SV Darmstadt start - while £3m newcomer also in squad
The Blues wrap up their friendly schedule at SV Darmstadt
New signing Luke Brooke-Smith comes straight into Pompey’s side for their final pre-season friendly.
The New Zealand international is handed a starting spot alongside fellow newcomer Rocco Shein against SV Darmstadt.
Meanwhile, Marko Milovanovic is included in his first Pompey squad, taking his place on a 12-man bench which also contains Daniel Bielica and triallist Arvin Appiah.
Noticeably, Ibane Bowat is not part of the squad, despite being fit, while Josh Murphy continues his rehabilitation from his groin injury in England.
Marlon Pack has travelled, however, following knee surgery, although isn’t named in the 23-man squad on duty against the Germans.
Pompey: Schmid, Devlin, Poole, Shaughnessy, Swanson, Le Roux, Shein, Adams, Brooke-Smith, Segecic, Bishop.
Subs: Killip, Bielica, Knight, Matthews, Dia, Bailey, Swift, Kenny, Blair, Waddingham, Milovanovic, Appiah
