Gutsy Pompey secured a point at Charlton in which they excelled defensively.
Conor Shaughnessy, Benjy Arthur and Jayden Meghoma stood out as John Mousinho’s men collected successive clean sheets after leaving The Valley with a goalless draw.
Adrian Segecic had a late chance and Colby Bishop was agonisingly short of connecting with a Ryan Kavuma-McQueen cross, but the Blues never really looked like scoring.
Instead they were indebt to their defenders throughout, plus an improbably Milli Alli miss.
And here are our Pompey player ratings...

5. Benjy Arthur - 8
Another impressive display from the young centre-half who is certainly looking the real deal. Strong, comfortable on the ball and excellent in the air. | Jason Brown

6. Jayden Meghoma - 8
(Replaced by Zak Swanson on 74 mins) Up against ex-Pompey winger Alli and dealt with him superbly throughout. Another bright display, full of attacking intent and defensively sound. No flash in the pan after last weekend, thankfully. | Jason Brown

7. Rocco Shein - 6
(Replaced by Ebou Adams on 69 mins) Still having trouble imposing himself on games consistently, despite willingness to receive the ball. Had a good shot on 64 minutes which deflected for a corner. Issue is he never shows enough urgency on the ball, whether in possession or driving a counter attack. | Jason Brown

8. Marlon Pack - 8
Another superb showing in the centre of midfield, digging in during some tough first-half moments, but also prompting the Blues from deep. There’s a reason Pompey still haven’t found a replacement. | Jason Brown
