Portsmouth and Oxford-linked midfielder Ethan Robson in demand after Sunderland departure with Ipswich, Fleetwood and Blackpool also keen

It is understood that the free agent is in demand following his release from Sunderland at the end of his contract.

The Blues and Oxford United have both been linked with a switch for the midfielder.

And The News understands that Ipswich, Fleetwood and Blackpool are also keen on Robson.

The 23-year-old left the Stadium of Light in June after not being handed a new deal.

In total, he scored one goal in 14 appearances for the Black Cats, while he had loan spells at Dundee and Grimsby Town.
