Peterborough director plays down interest in Portsmouth and Hibernian-linked winger

Peterborough have played down that Pompey-linked winger Jordan Clark is on their radar.

Clark, 26, enjoyed a superb season for John Coleman's side this season, recording eight goals and five assists.

However, after spending four years at the Wham Stadium, it's looking likely the former Barnsley man will depart for pastures new at the end of his contract.

There will undoubtedly be clubs interested in Clark, with League One rivals Pompey and Peterborough reportedly 'keeping tabs' on him.

But Posh director of football Barry Fry has said he isn't aware of his side's interest.

Speaking to the Peterborough Telegraph, Fry said: ‘Jordan has not been mentioned to me.’
