Twittter’s been having its say on the talking points after Pompey grabbed a club-record 9th win on the bounce at Tranmere. Here's a selection of those views.

@Pompey yesterday at Tranmere. Now that’s impressive support. And no doubt they’ll turn up on Tuesday night at SA as well.

@lwccfc

So Tranmere v Pompey it was. Good day out, not the greatest of games. Fair play to the Pompey fans, made some noise! Enjoyed the bovril and Tenpole Tudor song at half time!

@DerekGordon67

Monthe was very impressive with his dominance in the air and his pace, tranmere had lots of the ball and created a few chanches but the finishing was very poor. All of the Pompey team were good but I think burgess raggett and naylor were standout performers

@MattWilliamsPFC

Just seen a Pompey fan walking up from the station with a scarf tied round his wrist and I was instantly transported back to the 70s. Thanks mate whoever you are #TRFC #Pompey

Can definitely sense a feeling of togetherness that maybe wasn't there earlier in the season. Now the lads look like they're enjoying it and believing in themselves, it's good to see. Great photos #PUP
