The Blues were reduced to 10 men on 21 minutes after Marcus Harness’ tackle from behind on Ross Sykes.
However, the incident didn’t appear to impact the Blues, who extended their unbeaten run to six games.
Indeed, they added three more goals to George Hirst’s 16th-minute opener, with Sean Raggett (28), Hirst again (56) and Ryan Tunnicliffe (69) all getting in on the act on a profitable day in front of goal for Danny Cowley’s side.
