Portsmouth have a lot of work to do if they're to secure their place in next season's Championship, and desperately need to return to winning ways ahead of their final four games of the season to keep up the pace in the relentless race for a top six finish.
Following Tuesday’s night's loss to Swindon Town, Pompey need to bounce back with a big result this weekend, when they host Bristol Rovers at Fratton Park on Saturday afternoon.
Here's the latest rundown of the current League One promotion odds, after another action-packed night of third-tier football:

9. Lincoln City - current odds: 10/3
The Imps have a game in hand over Sunderland, and will be eager to finish in third to set up an easier play-off semi-final. Their manager, Michael Appleton, will surely be poached if they don't go up this season. Photo: Pete Norton

10. Sunderland - current odds: 6/4
The Black Cats are now without a win in five matches, and it looks like they'll need to try and do it the hard way once again. Three of their last four matches are at home, mind, which is a bonus of sorts. Photo: Lewis Storey

11. Peterborough United - current odds: 1/18
They're a solid seven points clear in second place, and they're fancied to see it through and seal their return to the Championship without having to go through the horrors of the play-offs, despite losing to Gillingham last night. Photo: David Rogers

12. Hull City - current odds: 1/500
They could have wrapped it up with a win against Sunderland last night, but were unable to grab the three points necessary to secure their place in the Championship. Still, it's only a matter of time, and the bookies certainly agree. Photo: George Wood
