Kenny Jackett and John Marquis recognised following Portsmouth's storming display at Lincoln City
Pompey’s outstanding performance at Lincoln has been recognised in the League One team of the week.
The Blues emerged with a 3-1 success at the side who’ve been the surprise package of the season so far, as they set the early pace.
That led to a place in the mid-week team of the week for John Marquis, as his latest two-goal haul at Sincil Bank made it seven goals in five games and nine for the season.
And Kenny Jackett was named manager of the team of the week after masterminding the success.
There was no place for the excellent Ryan Williams, however, despite the Aussie shining and in the form of his Fratton career.
The team of the week uses stats site WhoScored.com to decide its line-up.
