How Portsmouth and their League One rivals are predicted to vote on EFL proposal - will Pompey's automatic promotion hopes be over?

Following the EFL’s meeting last week, it was announced that a framework for concluding the 2019/20 League One season had been put forward, allowing clubs to vote on whether they accept the season to be curtailed, with relegation and promotion still in place, and positions decided on an unweighted points-per-game system.
