EFL board meeting LIVE: Portsmouth, Sunderland and Coventry to receive latest on season while chairman offers hope when fans may return to Fratton

Last week, the league laid out its framework for how the 2019-20 campaign could be completed.

Promotion and relegation will go ahead, with a traditional four-team play-offs. That would see Pompey finish fifth and face Oxford in the semi-finals, although chief executive Mark Catlin wants to play out the season.
