In what was arguably the Blues’ worst performance of the season, they failed to find a way back after going in at half-time 1-0 down following a dreadful opening 45 minutes.
Barely any player came out of the Adams Park fixture with any credit – and here are our ratings…..
5. Owen Dale - 6
Attacking creativity strangled by stand-in right wing-back role through injuries. Allowed to venture further forward in second half, but it was still a real waste. Photo: National World
6. Connor Ogilvie - 5
(Replaced by Denver Hume on 66 mins) Questions asked of whether a wing-back role suits him. Not at his best and barely registered as an attacking outlet. Photo: National World
7. Wycombe Wanderers goalkeeper Maksymilian Stryjek makes a save under pressure by Portsmouth midfielder Ronan Curtis during the EFL Sky Bet League 1 match between Wycombe Wanderers and Portsmouth at Adams Park, High Wycombe, England on 4 December 2022.

8. Jay Mingi - 4
(Replaced by Ryan Tunnicliffe on 46 minutes) Magnificent against MK Dons, dreadful a game later. Happens with young players and noticeably struggled badly. Photo: National World
