The head coach has already expressed his interest in making summer swoops for Matt Macey, Owen Dale & Joe Pigott, who have starred since his arrival.
Not just that but the 36-year-old also has the task of determining who he wants to keep with 10 of his permanent senior men out of contract at the end of the season.
But as Mousinho looks to build his side for the next term, what are the chances of his current loan members remaining at Fratton Park?

21. Steve Seddon
The left-back was brought in on loan from Birmingham in January 2020 and impressed in his 18 games under Jackett. The Blues were unable to land the defender that summer and is currently at League One strugglers Cambridge. Photo: Joe Pepler

22. Rasmus Nicolaisen
The centre-back arrived from Danish side Midtjylland and played 27 times during the 2020-21 campaign. After returning in 2021, the 26-year-old made the switch to French side Toulouse. Photo: Joe Pepler

23. Cameron Pring
Pring was able to solidify his place in the side ahead of Lee Brown and starred at left-back in the first half of the 2020-21 campaign. He was recalled by Bristol City in January 2021, where he remains a regular at Ashton Gate. Photo: Joe Pepler

24. Harvey White
Fratton Park was White’s maiden destination on loan after coming through the ranks at Tottenham. He featured 22 times for Pompey in the second half of the 2020-21 campaign and is currently on loan from Spurs with League One rivals Derby. Photo: Joe Pepler
