Hayling United’s home Hampshire Premier League game with Paulsgrove was abandoned with around 10 minutes left in the interests of player safety.

The Humbugs had come from 0-2 down to level in the Senior Division fixture when referee Mike Paintin called an early halt after a number of bad-tempered incidents at Hayling College.
