“The players have done extremely well to get us here, back to the stage we reached last year. We go in as natural underdogs but that will not make the occasion any less special. Like every club, we dream of going further and giving our supporters and our town something to be proud of. Worthing are an established National League side and are well respected within the women’s game, so simply reaching this stage and competing is a huge honour and something to be cherished. Here is to dreaming," said Mark Dugan, Ladies First Team Manager.

The excitement goes well beyond the action on the pitch; the club truly values the importance of this match. AFC Portchester take immense pride in their Ladies squad and the example they set for young players across the local area.
