Hampshire’s 2026 domestic cricket tickets on sale as Utilita Bowl marks 25 Years

A packed season of domestic cricket at Utilita Bowl in 2026 is now on general sale, with highlights including a Women’s 50-over final and a year of milestone celebrations.
Hampshire Cricket’s 2026 season coincides with a landmark moment for the stadium as Utilita Bowl celebrates 25 years since the stadium first opened for professional cricket in 2001, marking a quarter‑century of cricketing history, unforgettable sporting moments and deep ties with the Hampshire community.
Celebrations will span the entire year, with a flagship retro‑themed Vitality Blast double header on Friday 29 May, where fans will be invited to “Party Like It’s 2001” amid noughties‑themed entertainment and live music that pays tribute to the venue's early years. Commemorative anniversary kits, a special edition handbook, a digital stadium tour and appearances from former Hampshire players will also form part of year‑long celebrations.
Adding to an already exceptional year, Utilita Bowl will once again host the Women’s Metro Bank One Day Cup Final, taking place on Saturday 19 September. The venue retains its position at the forefront of the women’s game, having hosted the inaugural final, and Hampshire Women will begin their One Day Cup campaign at home against Essex on 11 April, with at least eight matches scheduled at Utilita Bowl.
T20 cricket returns, with the Vitality Blast delivering blockbuster fixtures throughout the summer, including two major half‑term double headers on 26 and 29 May, the highly anticipated El Clasicoast derby against Sussex Sharks on 2 June, and a marquee men’s and women’s double header against Yorkshire on 26 June, only the second men’s T20 meeting between the two counties, with the previous being Hampshire’s title-winning 2012 final.
First-class cricket returns as Hampshire host seven Rothesay County Championship home fixtures across 2026, beginning with the season opener against Essex on Friday 3 April. Reigning champions Nottinghamshire come to Utilita Bowl from 15–18 May, as the season culminates with a south‑coast rivalry clash against Sussex from 24-27 September.
