Goodwood Revival 2025: What to expect from this unmissable September event – and book tickets now!

It’s the must-attend event of the summer – and you could be there, dressed to impress for the World’s best historic motor racing events.
The 2025 Goodwood Revival is set to bring together one of the most impressive line-ups of racing drivers and riders in the event’s history and is renowned for its non-stop entertainment on and off the racing track.
This is not just the World’s best motor and bike racing – although of course, with 16 intense races to be fought and won, there’s no shortage of on-circuit thrills.
Goodwood Revival 2025 is all about the speed but also the style of past times, and is as much a celebration of sustainable fashion as classic vehicles and motor sport.

With cars and bikes from the 1930s to 1960s competing, many spectators love to match their outfits to the period and you’re encouraged to join in the fun and dress up too.
Goodwood Revival is always one of the most eagerly-anticipated events at this famous venue, and planning for this September’s event is well under-way.
Tickets are already sold out for Saturday September 13 but there is still limited availability for Friday (September 12) and Sunday (September 14) – and as kids age 12 and under go free and half price offers for young people it’s great value for all the family.
Admission tickets include access to select paddocks, perimeter of the track and across the main bridge into the ‘Over the Road’ area of the event with a fairground, outdoor cinema and dancing into the evening. You can even upgrade your day with grandstand access for the best views of the racing or even a helicopter flight over the event and beautiful West Sussex countryside. Putting the class into classic cars!
Dressing up for the occasion is sustainable and affordable, so here’s some top tips on how to achieve a classic look so you can arrive in style:
1. Check the wardrobe – We all have something in the back of a drawer or attic that could be a good starting point, so dig deep and see what’s lurking
2. Borrow your outfit – Your friends or family might have just the outfit or a signature accessory you could wear which will provide you that iconic look
3. Follow fashions – What goes around comes around, so shop in your local high street for an outfit which echo past fashions
4. Check out your local charity shops – our local areas have lots of charity shops that prepare for the Goodwood Revival with window displays and extra clothing stock, for example Emsworth and Chichester
5. Look online – vintage shopping outlets, local buy and sell sites and charity stores online are great places to look for some sustainable fashion pieces, including the Revival Fashion Facebook page
Watch out for style icon Dita Von Teese, who will appear across the three-day celebration bringing her own sense of style with a wonderful nod to the past. Or you could join in the wartime theme. This year marks 80 years since World War II came to an end in and the Revival will recreate that jubilation with a unique track moment on Sunday September 14 when the Motor Circuit will be transformed into a street party.

More thrills than F1!
There will be motorsport legends from World Champions in Formula 1 – including 2009 world champion Jenson Button – IndyCar, sportscars, touring cars, World Superbikes, the Isle of Man TT and NASCAR.
But Goodwood Revival fans will tell you that the racing beats Formula 1 hands down. Plus, the Goodwood Revival team have done the maths – there are more overtaking during Revival than a whole F1 season, and more surprise winners (only 28% of winners are from pole position, compared to 54 in F1).
It has the biggest collection of classic vehicles of any meeting, so any classic car and bike fan will find plenty of shiny chrome and metal to admire and photograph – and with the combined value of cars and bikes on and off the track approaching £1 billion, it’s a highly valuable collection too.
It’s an international event with more manufacturers competing here last year than in the World Endurance Championship, including Le Mans! And this year’s Goodwood Revival is set to have the largest entry list of racing, demonstrations and display cars of any Goodwood event.

With 16 thrilling wheel-to-wheel races, using sustainable fuel, there will be plenty of thrills on the circuit as well as lots of entertainment – theatre, kids events, demonstrations, food and more – around the track.
