From the rise of disco to the launch of MTV and the growing popularity of the internet, the 70’s, 80s and 90s saw some huge changes.

And we’ve taken a look at what growing up in Portsmouth and its surrounding areas was like during this time.

Punch and Judy shows, crabbing, days spent at the Hilsea Lido and Clarence Pier were all core memories if you were a youngster back then.
