Win a £1.25m dream home, Land Rover Defender, and £25k cash for just 25p in this online draw (aff)

A competition company is offering a chance to win a £1.25 million house along with a dream car and £25,000 cash - and tickets are just 25p.

Elite Competitions is offering the house, Skyfall Lodge in Penwortham, Lancashire, as its biggest ever dream home bundle, and one lucky winner will be handed the keys to the property at the end of the month.

The house is designed to be a striking bespoke home extending to around 4,500sqft, set behind private electric gates and surrounded by protected woodland, but still within walking distance of cafés, bars, shops and schools, offering a rare mix of privacy and convenience.

Designed to make an impression from the moment the gates open, the modern home blends high-end finishes with bright, welcoming living spaces. At the heart of the property is a huge open-plan kitchen and living area, flooded with natural light thanks to expansive glazing and large sliding doors which open directly onto the landscaped gardens. A quartz island, breakfast bar and premium appliances make it ideal for entertaining as well as day-to-day family life.

The property boasts four spacious bedrooms and three luxury bathrooms, including an incredible 1,000sqft principal suite complete with its own dressing room, hotel-style en suite and private covered terrace overlooking the grounds. Multiple reception rooms also offer flexibility for a lounge, study, cinema room, gym or playroom.

One of the standout features is the dedicated bar room, which includes illuminated shelving and an underground wine store hidden beneath a glass floor. Underfloor heating runs throughout the house, while all furniture, fixtures and fittings are included as part of the prize package.

Outside, the landscaped grounds wrap around the property and include expansive lawns, a covered seating area and patio designed for year-round entertaining. A double garage and large gated driveway with turning circle provide space for multiple vehicles, all set against the peaceful woodland backdrop.

Its driveway is large enough to fit multiple vehicles, and that's a good thing - because the winner will also get the keys to a Land Rover Defender.

The lucky winner will be given the option of cash alternatives for all or any part of the prizes, and a live draw will take place on Sunday, May 31.
