Everyone’s favourite dog Bluey has just landed on Yoto and we can’t wait to listen

I’m a mum to an eight-year-old Bluey fan and this new Yoto card is perfect for screen-free time.
There are some children's TV shows that you don't mind hearing on repeat, and then there are the ones that make you quietly reach for the remote. In our house, Bluey definitely falls into the first category. We love it, and while my son is now eight, he still happily watches it. When I spotted that Bluey has now landed on Yoto, I already knew we'd be adding it to our collection.
The new Bluey: The Beach and Other Stories £9.99 brings together eight stories inspired by the everyday moments and big adventures that make the show so funny. It features: The Beach, The Pool, Baby Race, Barky Boats, Charades, Daddy Robot, Magic Xylophone and Typewriter, so there is plenty here to keep little Bluey fans entertained.
What I particularly like is that it isn't simply a recording of the TV episodes. The Yoto card features music from Bluey, original sound effects and narration from Miranda Tapsell, who voices Dougie's Mum in the series.
The Australian animated series follows Bluey, her younger sister Bingo and their parents, Bandit and Chilli. What makes it such a hit in our house is that it is genuinely funny. It doesn't have that annoying quality that some children's shows can have, and I can actually sit and watch an episode with my son without counting down the minutes.
We also love our Yoto Player at home. It's a screen-free audio player designed for kids. You simply pop in a Yoto Card and it plays stories, music, podcasts and other audio without needing a phone or tablet. We've found it really useful when my son wants something to listen to but I don't want him watching a screen or his iPad.
My son might be eight now, but he hasn't outgrown Bluey yet. This Yoto card means we can enjoy Bluey and Bingo's funny adventures together without having to watch the TV.
