Amazon’s 6ft Bestway garden pool plunges to £11.38 in 59% Prime deal

Families looking for a cheap way to cool down in the garden can currently pick up a six-foot Bestway swimming pool for just £11.38 in Amazon’s latest Prime Day sale.

The Bestway Fast Set pool usually carries a recommended price of £27.99, meaning the current offer saves £16.61 and cuts the cost by 59%.

It is an exclusive Prime price, so shoppers need an active Amazon Prime membership to claim the reduction. Amazon says more than 2,000 have been bought during the past month, suggesting the £11.38 garden pool deal could prove popular as families prepare for warmer days.

The pool measures 1.83 metres across and 51cm high, giving children room to splash around without requiring the amount of garden space needed for one of Bestway’s larger framed models.

Its circular shape holds up to 940 litres of water when filled to 80% capacity. That makes the six-foot Bestway pool a more substantial option than a shallow paddling pool, while remaining small enough for many compact gardens.

Setting it up is designed to be straightforward. Owners choose a completely flat and level surface, inflate the upper ring and begin adding water. As the pool fills, the ring rises and pulls the sides into position without the need for a metal frame or tools.

Bestway says the Fast Set swimming pool can be ready for water in around 10 minutes, although filling it completely will naturally take longer and depend on the household’s water pressure.

Its liner is made from Bestway’s reinforced three-layer material, combining polyester mesh with heavy-duty PVC. The manufacturer says this design provides greater strength and resistance to punctures than an ordinary single-layer inflatable pool.

The reduced blue pool also includes a repair patch for dealing with small punctures, while a built-in drain valve allows owners to connect a garden hose and direct the water to a suitable drainage area when summer ends.

One point worth noting is that the listed package contains the pool and repair patch only. Buyers should not expect an electric air pump, pool cover or filtration system to be included with the £11.38 Bestway deal.

Owners will also need to place it on ground that has been carefully cleared of stones, sticks and other sharp objects. A protective groundsheet could help reduce the risk of damage and make it easier to keep the base clean.

Any child using the Bestway Fast Set pool must be supervised continuously by a responsible adult. Even relatively shallow garden pools can pose a serious drowning risk, so children should never be left alone in or near the water.

The pool currently carries an average score of 4.2 stars out of five from more than 8,400 Amazon ratings and has been given an Amazon’s Choice badge.

Free returns are also advertised, although customers should check the latest delivery estimate, seller details and returns conditions displayed at checkout before placing an order.

At £11.38, the six-foot Bestway pool costs less than many family takeaways and could offer an inexpensive way to keep children entertained at home during sunny spells.

The deal is reserved for Prime members and could end once Amazon’s promotional allocation has been claimed. Shoppers can see the 59% Bestway pool discount at Amazon here while the £11.38 price remains available.
