West Wittering Beach team give warning to visitors without tickets as beach sold out until next week
THE team at a popular beach have warned visitors without tickets not to turn up as they sell out until next week.
Since West Wittering Beach reopened to visitors after the late May bank holiday, the estate has started selling pre-booked car parking tickets online to prevent a surge of people and ensure social distancing rules are kept during the coronavirus outbreak.

But the team told The News that people are still turning up without tickets.
A spokeswoman for the West Wittering Estate said: ‘Despite our best efforts, people are still travelling down for a day at West Wittering Beach without a ticket.
‘Please do not disregard our advice and road signage that explains this – there is no other available parking in the village – this is for your own safety and everyone else.
‘We are fully booked until Monday June 29 – please look for availability then.’
