Waterlooville traffic: Long delays on A3(M) and Hulbert Road after incident
A road was closed in Waterlooville after an incident this evening.
Hulbert Road was shut westbound while emergency services attended the incident, which led to lengthy traffic delays.
Drivers queued back onto the A3(M), with the sliproad at junction 3 northbound blocked.
The road was closed at the junction with Frendstaple Road and Tempest Avenue.
