Tailbacks heading into Portsmouth after incident on the M275
There are long tailbacks heading into Portsmouth this afternoon following an incident on the M275.
Police and fire crews are on the scene following what appears to be a car fire southbound on the flyover above the Rudmore Roundabout this afternoon (February 7).

This has resulted in tailbacks heading the length of the M275, with additional traffic using that route into the city as a result of the ongoing southbound closure on Eastern Road.
A diversion is place from the M275 around Rudmore Roundabout and along Mile End Road.
Traffic is also tailing back into North End as a result of the incident.
