"Severe delays of 27 minutes" and partially blocked lane on A27 following crash

There are significant delays building on the A27 and the A3(M) due to a crash this morning (January 9).
It has been reported that the A27 is partially blocked with considerable congestion backing onto the A3(M)
The AA said: “Partially blocked and queueing traffic due to crash on A27 Havant Bypass Westbound at A2030 Eastern Road.
“Severe delays of 27 minutes and delays increasing on A27 Westbound between B2149 Park Road South (Langstone roundabout) and M27 (Portsbridge Roundabout).”
As a result, there are also further delays of 10 minutes on A3(M) Southbound between junction 3, B2150 Hulbert Road (Waterlooville), and junction 5, A27 (Bedhampton / Havant / Farlington).
