Drivers have been warned to avoid a retail park “at all costs” with cars barely moving for an hour and a half as people get last minute gifts for Christmas.

Shoppers were left frustrated at a packed Wellington Retail Park in Waterlooville this lunchtime with vehicles blocking the area.
One irritated driver at the Hambledon Road site said: “Car gridlocked at Wellington Retail Park. Blocking the main roads. Been sat in the car for one hour and 30 minutes and I’ve moved one car length. Avoid at all costs.”
